Active AC Static Eliminator

Valstat VS 20 AC static charge eliminators are low-priced shock-less static discharge bars, designed for neutralising electrostatic charges from moving surfaces. Electrodes, provided along the active length of the bar, generate ions of both polarities, ensuring that positive and negative charges are removed from the charged target. Valstat PS 70 S power sources are designed to provide high voltage AC supply to Valstat VS 20 static eliminating bars. They give stable high voltage output even under severe conditions.

Blower Based Static Eliminator

The Valstat CS 11 static eliminator is an ionising blower used to blow ionisied air on any 3D/2D object on which static is to be neutralised. It consists of a single phase motor with a double inlet impeller and Valstat static eliminating units. Ambient air is drawn from either side of the blower and blown over the static eliminating bars, provided at the outlet. This results in an ionised air flow that effectively eliminates static over a wide range. Under ideal conditions, the target can be as far as 1000 mm. At closer distances, the Valstat CS 11 can be used as an anti-static blow off cleaner. Valstat PS 70 R power sources are designed to provide high voltage AC supply to Valstat CS 11 static eliminators. They give stable high voltage output even under severe conditions.

Fan Based Static Eliminator

The Valstat BS 11 provides a flow of ionised air which can ideally travel over a distance of 500 mm, thereby eliminating static from a stationary or moving object. Valstat PS 70 R power sources are designed to provide high voltage AC supply to the Valstat BS 11 static eliminator. They give stable high voltage output even under severe conditions.
