The CCNL100 offers a rapid pay-back period due to
\nthe zero air loss feature and energy saving features. The
\ncompact and robust industrial housing, 2/2 way direct acting
\nvalve with a large orifice, alarm feature and the integrated
\nmesh strainer make the CCNL100 and CCNL100-HP
\nhighly reliable draining solutions. Equipped with a digital,
\nLED illuminated, sight-port/level indicator showing you
\nthe condensate level inside the reservoir and enabling
\nyou to monitor the operation, even in poor lit places.
ENLD Features :
Magnetically operated level sensed condensate drain - the CMNL10 is a magnetically operated zero air loss drains that discharge condensate from all compressed air systems by using a unique technology based on magnetic forces and without the usage of electricity. The environmentally-friendly CMNL100 removes all types of condensate from compressed air systems up to 100 m3/min while the CMNL500 is ideal for larger applications up to 500 m3/min with exceptionally large condensate discharge capacity of 4, 800 l/h at 16 bar.

PNLD II Features :

Standard PNLD II : These heavy-duty drains can be used in most applications and environments. The PNLD II comes standard with a stainless steel float and actuating cylinder. Viton® seals are used to ensure long-lasting performance and compatibility with all Ingersoll Rand coolants.
Stainless Steel PNLD II : In addition to all features found in the standard PNLD II, these drains include all stainless steel components to resist rust, corrosion and degrading contaminants found in both the ambient air and compressor generated condensate of harsh environments.
Trident’s condensate sensing type automatic drain valve isthe latest advancement in drain valve technology. Thesevalves sense the condensate level for activation, ensuringabsolutely no loss of compressed air and hence results inenormous energy saving. Trident condensate sensing typedrain valves are highly efficient and reliable. Fault tolerantsystem is switching over into timer mode automaticallywhile LDV fails to operate due to sensor failure.
