Designed to handle the broadest possible range of friable materials, this versatile clinker grinder incorporates a host of design features that improve efficiency and reliability in bottom ash handling systems.

Ash Conditioner is used in many industries primarily for pollution control application. The Ash Conditioners are made of abrasion-resistant bolt-on paddles which insure maximum wear life. The Ash Conditioner is fabricated from steel plate with a rigid base frame with a removable cover plate that provides easy access to internal section. It also houses anti-friction roller bearing support shafts and split type bearing that has dust seals. Ash Conditioners are highly useful in thermal power plants, and sponge iron industry, as they return the recovered dust to the process in a closed circuit. The conditioner effectively blends dust recovered from such equipment as electrostatic precipitators, mechanical collators, ash silos and bag houses thus allowing transport without the particulate matter escaping into the air.

Ash Vessel System, which operates on the principle of Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying at a low velocity moving through the conveying pipe in separate batches or plugs. The Ash Vessel consists of one-piece body with a top inlet aperture and horizontal inlet and outlet aperture for conveying material. Dense Phase Pneumatic System is designed for bulk transfer of materials at controlled low velocity upto distances of 500 meters. Originally developed to transfer foundry sand, the system has logically progressed to encompass handling of a broad spectrum of granular solid materials.

Cast Basalt is a volcanic rock, which is cast in a similar method to that of cast iron. After annealing, it forms a re-crystallized black ceramic of extreme hardness and abrasion resistance. In addition, it will withstand temperatures of up to 350 Fahrenheit. Linings made of Cast Basalt are proven to last six to ten times longer than steel, cast iron, ni-hard, etc. depending upon impact exposure.

Pulse Bag-type Dust Collector
This series dust collector has many advantages, like strong ability and high efficiency of dust removing, low emission concentration, less air leakage rate, low energy and steel consumption, small occupation area, reliable operation, and good economic benefit, etc. And it is mainly used for purifying the dusty gas and recycling materials, widely applied in metallurgy, construction materials, cement, machinery, chemical, electricity, light industries.

Jet Pumps are designed for bottom ash, mill rejects, pyrites and other low capacity applications. The water powered jet pumps transport a mixture of water and solid, granular material through a transport pipeline. Nozzles are made of stainless steel or tungsten carbide and are available in different designs to meet system parameter.

Rotary Air Valves regulate the flow of material from one chamber to another while maintaining a good airlock condition. Common uses of Rotary Air Valves include discharge of powdery materials at dust collector, storage bins and pneumatic conveying application.

Bulk Loading Spouts are with Integral Dust Collections Systems and an automatic Loading Spout Positioners which ensures the proper placement of the spout on the filling mouth of Truck/Wagons. The spout is designed so that the product stream and dust-laden air are separately contained from the inlet to the final resting point within the container, vessel, or vehicle. Stacking inner spout cones separate the product flow from the dust-laden air stream.
