Conveyor Pulley is a mechanical device used to change the direction of the belt in a conveyor system, to drive the belt, and to tension the belt. Modern pulleys are made of rolled shells with flexible end disks and locking assemblies.
Rotary Air Valves regulate the flow of material from one chamber to another while maintaining a good airlock condition. Common uses of Rotary Air Valves include discharge of powdery materials at dust collector, storage bins and pneumatic conveying application. Our Rotary Feeder & Rotary Airlock Valve is available in various rotation speeds ranging from 20-50 rpm.

Materials options :
Screw Conveyors are used to transport materials along a plane. Screw conveyors consist of a helical screw element that rotates around a central shaft, driving the work material according to the screw design and rotational direction. The helical screw functions within a casing, trough or compartment in order to take full advantage of the rotational force. Roller conveyors are generally used to transport long items like wood battens, and panels. Material is moved along a series of driven rollers. Roller conveyors normally use parallel shaft or in-line gearboxes installed between a driven roller shaft and an electric motor.
Telescopic Chute are with Integral Dust Collections Systems and an automatic Telescopic Chute Positioners which ensures the proper placement of the spout on the filling mouth of Truck/Wagons. The spout is designed so that the product stream and dust-laden air are separately contained from the inlet to the final resting point within the container, vessel, or vehicle. Stacking inner Chute cones separate the product flow from the dust-laden air stream.
vibrating screen installed on the equipment which work in simultaneously and reverse rotation. The screen box supported by the four springs produce reciprocating linear motion under the vibration force generated by the motors. When the the vertical component of the vibration acceleration n is greater than acceleration due to gravity g, material in the tank was thrown up, press forward to jump along parabolic path. Each vibration of the tank, the material would be thrown up once. In the process of encounter with the screen, the material which is smaller than screen mesh can go through it, so as to achieve classification purpose. Linear vibrating screen/rectangular separator is a kind of multi-layer sieving equipment, which can be matched corresponding material of mesh according to the customer's requirements to sieving variety of materials at one time. The operation is easy &convenient, replacement of screen process is simple .this equipment has wide range of application, mainly used in chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, food, chemical industries, abrasive of granular, powder aterials selection and classification.
Idler & roller are used to support the conveyor belt and are installed on the groove-shape frame, groove-shape forward inclined idler frames and transition idler frames. Our idlers and rollers are topped off with labyrinth seals to make them waterproof and dustproof. For diameter range from 76mm to 219mm, for belt ranges between 450mm to 2500mm in width. which are used in the steel industry, harbor, coal industry, power industry, cement industry, etc.
