The Heaters are made out of 8.2 to 8.5mm dia chrome nickel steel tube with adjustable brackets. Maximum surface temprature 650C. These air heaters are suitable for effecient banking and curing of plants, enamels, lacquers adhesives ets. Specially suited for ovens & Dryers.

Quartz Heaters consist of a helically wound resistance coil housed in a pure vitreous silica fused quartz tube. The Quartz tubing is terminated with specially designed ceramic insulating caps which are securely fastened to the quartz tube with high temperature cement providing excellent support to the power connecting termination. Quartz Heaters are designed to be used in a horizontal position only. Quartz Heaters are available in various diameters like 8, 10, 12, 15, 19 mm & lengths from 300 to 1500 mm.

"Sunil Heat" make space heater are manufactured using Rust resistant mild steel perforated Body & Inner Heater Element from Nichrome Element. These Space Heater are installed in HT & LT Switchgear Panel Boards for prevention of condensation, corrosion of Electrical components & leakage current In HT & LT panels. The Inner elements is basically a cartridge heating element in varoius different watts, outer perforated sheet is either zink plated or black painted.

The heater has to be mounted horizontally & a ceramic porcelain connector is provided for Electrical connection. Individual tests are being carried on all the heater.

1. High Voltage test at 2HV/1min.
2. Insulation resistance > 10 megaohms.
3. Power rating 230v +- 10%.

Immersion Heaters are made out of CR/NI Steel pipe with 2" BSPSS Flange for fixing by horizontol sides of tanks, Elements is rewireable.

Uses:To heat water, Oil, Alkaline Solutions, Anodizing Nickle and chrome Tanks.
