Sealed Nozzle Band Heater

SUNIL HEAThas designed sealed mica nozzle band heater to prevent the failure of nozzle heaters against the leakage & contamination of plastic material at nozzle position. These heaters meet the required temperature prior to molding at nozzle position. These heaters are hermetically sealed during the manufacturing process. The connection between the heating element & the leads is protected by a special terminal cap made of brass 1mm thick. The terminal cap is brazed which allows a high mechanical strength in the most delicate area of the heater i.e. the termination. The heating of nozzle in injection machines is still a big problem owing to subsequent stops of the production process and cost incident. We have seen a large series of cases causing an early failure most of them are due to plastic leakage impregnating the heater and causing heater failure. These problems are solved by using our sealed mica nozzle band heaters. Super High Temperture Black Infrared HeatersSuper high temperature heaters were developed to increase the previous maximum possible surface rating of ceramic panel radiators from 64 kw/m2 to 77 kw/m2.

This radiators, produced using the hollow casting ceramic process, are filled with thermal insulation material and have a special black gaze and a gold-plated back. At an operating temperature of 900c, over 75% of the electrical energy supplied is transferred to the material to be heated as medium to long-wave IR radiation.

This series radiators are therefore particularly suitable for use in plant construction in which special solution have to be drawn up for the customer's specific needs and for applications requiring high outputs.

The specially constructed uar ste. frame of the unit enables f 5 gallon drums to be quickly and simply lifted into a horizontol disperin position without the aid of hoists or ramps. The unit is mobile, being fitted with four Castor wheels wit Optional brake feature.This enables 45 gallon drums to be readily transported in stores and productio areas.The 6kW heating unit consists of inconel sheathed heating elements which are located within polished aluminum reflector. The elements are controlled by a 3-heat rotary switch and the unit is equippe vith a heavy duty. metal clad, shrouded plug and socket, designed so that the mains supply cable can readily detached from the unit while drums are being loaded, transported or unloaded. Tubular Manifold Heaters

Formed Tubular Heaters is supplied in Chrome Nickel Steel with nominal sheath diameter of 6.80mm, 8.00mm and 10.70mm. Standard elements have a threaded terminal post which gives a cold section of approx 40mm minimum.
The helical wound heating wire is made of a high temperature resistant NiCr alloy. And the insulation consists of superior grade of magnesium oxide (MgO). As the heaters are swadged, even at high sheath temperature they have excellent electrical insulation and a high heat transfer. Tubular Manifold Heaters

Formed Tubular Heaters is supplied in Chrome Nickel Steel with nominal sheath diameter of 6.80mm, 8.00mm and 10.70mm. Standard elements have a threaded terminal post which gives a cold section of approx 40mm minimum.
The helical wound heating wire is made of a high temperature resistant NiCr alloy. And the insulation consists of superior grade of magnesium oxide (MgO). As the heaters are swadged, even at high sheath temperature they have excellent electrical insulation and a high heat transfer. To prevent the heater from moisture the connection ends are sealed with sealing components.
For manufacturing formed elements it is necessary to have a accurate dimensional sketch showing all the centre distances, radius and degrees, thus they need to be provided while placing the order

The elements are controlled by a 3-heat rotary switch and the unit is equippe vith a heavy duty. metal clad, shrouded plug and socket, designed so that the mains supply cable can readily detached from the unit while drums are being loaded, transported or unloaded.
