Non GMO Defatted Soyabean Grits are produced by the process of cleaning, grading , destoning , dehulling, flaking and solvent extraction of NON GMO Soyabean seed . After highly efficient extraction with hexane, the deoiled flakes are desolventised through Flash Desolventisation System without denaturing the protein, thereby maintaining high PDI value. The desired consistency of the product is obtained by sieving through the Gyro sieve.

Intended use : Soyabean grits are used for making untoasted Soya Flour, soya milk, tofu, soya bean powder, Isolated Soya bean Protein. It is used in Dietetic Foods, Baby Foods / Drink mixes. Soya bean grits can also be used in conjunction with other foods to add protein and texture to food items such as breads, cookies, and cereals.
Soyabean grits can be used as a source of high protein ingredient in all classes of poultry, aqua, swine and equine feed formulations. Widely used by poultry firms.

Maize is a major source of starch. Cornstarch (maize flour) is a major ingredient in home cooking and in many industrialized food products. Maize is also a major source of cooking oil (corn oil) and of maize gluten. Maize starch can be hydrolyzed and enzymatically treated to produce syrups, particularly high-fructose corn syrup, a sweetener; and also fermented and distilled to produce grain alcohol. Starch from maize can also be made into plastics, fabrics, adhesives, and many other chemical products.
Maize makes a greater quantity of epigeous mass than other cereal plants, so can be used for fodder. Digestibility and palatability are higher when ensiled and fermented, rather than dried.

Soya Defatted flakes are manufactured by using only Non GMO soya bean seeds. During processing, the seeds go through a grading and multiple stage of cleaning process for removal of foreign material. The graded seeds are then conditioned, cracked, de-hulled and rolled into flakes. The flakes after highly efficient oil extraction with hexane solvent , are de-solventised through a Flash De-solventisation System (FDS) . In the flash desolventisation system , the solvent is removed very quickly(in few seconds) from the de-oiled oilseed material and recovered for re-use without moisture addition to protect the integrity of the proteins and other natural nutrients.

Intended use : White Flakes / Defatted Soya Flakes (Untoasted) are used in manufacture of protein concentrates, protein isolates and soya flour, Textured Soya Protein (Soya chunks/Soya granules), Cakes, Bakery Goods, Pasta, Soups, Sauces & Gravies, In fortification of cereals, Sweet Goods (Dough Nut), Pasta, for human and specialty animal feed applications to impart functional characteristics like emulsification & stabilizing , high water absorption.
