We introduce ourselves as the prime Supplier of the highest quality Distillation Plant. Our Distillation Plant is designed to get pyrogen free distilled water, free from impurities. Our Distillation Plants are available in both stoke (wall hanging) and Barnstead (Floor based) Patterns. ConstructionThe boiling chambers of the Stoke type models are single walled and that of Barnstead models are double walled in construction. The boiling chambers, the lid, the cooling condensor and any other parts coming into contact with water/steam are made of suitable thickness 304 quality stainless steel sheet. An Inlet valve for inflow of water and an outlet for draining out of excess water are provided. Constant water level device is provided in both the models. The condensors are designed to facilitate periodical cleaning. The Barnstead Models are also provided with Bleader valves. Wall mounting Brackets are fixed to the Stoke type models whereas the Barnstead Models are mounted on tubular iron stands. HeatingSuitable numbers of kettle type Immersion Heaters are used for optimum results in both Stoke and Barnstead models. Industrial Type PlantsThese plants are available only in Barnstead Patterns and are sturdy and heavy duty in nature. Industrial type heaters with flange mounting are used for heating, as per the required output of the distilled water. A control box is provided which houses the 'MAINS LOAD' and LOW WATER' lndicating Lamps with their respective toggle switches. A Low-water cut-out device working in conjunction with a 'CUTTLER & HAMMER' Magnetic contactor and a Low voltage electronic relay ensures the safety of the heaters, cutting off the Load automatically. PH and Conductivity Meter, if required, can be provided. PowerAll the above units are electrically operated on 220 / 440 volts AC, single phase. Technical DataAs per table attached
