The Laboratory Water Baths are available in a wide range and at competitive prices for the clients. Construction All Baths are single/double walled in construction. In case of double walled Baths, the outer wall is made of Mild Steel Sheet and the Inner wall is made of suitably thick Stainless Steel Sheet of 304 quality. The Baths are painted in an attractive stove enamel spray paint. (SS exteriors are also provided as per requirements.) Insulation Insulation is provided in all the double walled Baths to prevent any undesired loss of temperature inside the Baths. 2" thick glasswool insulation is provided in case of High Temperature Baths and 3" thick glasswool insulation, in combination with Low Temperature protection Kenee Foam, is provided in all Low Temperature Baths. Heating & Cooling Heating is provided through long lasting sealed heaters supported on refractory bases / immersion type heater fixed at the bottom of the working chambers. A hermetically sealed compressor, coupled with an evaporation coil and fan cooled condenser, assembled in an easily serviceable tray at the bottom provides the cooling for below ambient temperatures. Temperatures The temperature ranges from above ambient to 100 o C in all heated baths but extends to 250 o C in case of Oil Baths. In the Low Temperature Baths, the temperature ranges from ambient to - 40 o C. Accuracy is as per table attached. Safety Water level arrangement is provided in most of the Baths to ensure the safety of the Heating/Cooling devices. Power Supply is automatically cut-off if the water level falls below the required level. Controls EGO Thermostats, Digital Indicator Cum Controller, 3 Heat Rotary Switch, Temperature Regulators, Indicating lamps etc. as per the requisites of the Bath are provided. Power All Baths are operated on 220 volts single phase AC supply.

Our Distillation Plants are available in both stoke (wall hanging) and Barnstead (Floor based) Patterns. Construction The boiling chambers of the Stoke type models are single walled and that of Barnstead models are double walled in construction. The boiling chambers, the lid, the cooling condensor and any other parts coming into contact with water/steam are made of suitable thickness 304 quality stainless steel sheet. An Inlet valve for inflow of water and an outlet for draining out of excess water are provided. Constant water level device is provided in both the models. The condensors are designed to facilitate periodical cleaning. The Barnstead Models are also provided with Bleader valves. Wall mounting Brackets are fixed to the Stoke type models whereas the Barnstead Models are mounted on tubular iron stands. Heating Suitable numbers of kettle type Immersion Heaters are used for optimum results in both Stoke and Barnstead models. Industrial Type Plants These plants are available only in Barnstead Patterns and are sturdy and heavy duty in nature. Industrial type heaters with flange mounting are used for heating, as per the required output of the distilled water. A control box is provided which houses the 'MAINS LOAD' and ‘LOW WATER' lndicating Lamps with their respective toggle switches. A Low-water cut-out device working in conjunction with a 'CUTTLER & HAMMER' Magnetic contactor and a Low voltage electronic relay ensures the safety of the heaters, cutting off the Load automatically. We are a well known Supplier of the Laboratory Incubator. The Automatic B.O.D. Incubator fulfils accurately the temperature demand for incubation of Bio-chemical Oxygen Demand. Our Laboratory Incubator serves wide range of application, which includes storage of thermosensitive materials like vaccines, typing sera, cultivation of bacteria, storage of dairy products, shell life tests, tissue culture work, enzyme testing and Incubation serum testing. Additionally, our Laboratory Incubator is also used in various other biological experiments and processes demanding a constant and uniform temperature range above and below ambient. Construction The cabinet is double walled with the interior made of 304 Quality Stainless Steel and the exterior of mild steel finished in non-corrosive paint. The walls are insulated with a thick layer of glass wool on all sides including the door frame. A full length inner Plexi Glass door with a latch permits viewing of the chamber without disturbing the test conditions inside the chamber. The outer insulated metal door is fitted with a magnetic gasket and lock. A blower mounted on the top of the chamber with motor located outside, ensures uniformity of the temperature. The entire Unit is mounted on Castor Wheels for easy mobility. Control All controls and indicators are conveniently located on a panel at the top and it is not necessary to open the chamber for adjustments. The panel consists of Voltmeter, Automatic Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller and Indicating Lamps for all switches and a safety fuse device. Cooling & heating A hermetically sealed compressor, coupled with an evaporation coil and fan cooled condenser, assembled in an easily serviceable tray at the bottom provides the cooling for below ambient temperatures. Refrigeration Coil is conveniently placed between the two walls of the inner & outer chamber extending from the top to the back of the working chamber. These coils are covered by an inner wall. The heating is provided through long lasting sealed heaters for temperatures above ambient, conveniently placed inside the working chamber completely shielded for protection against sample spills. Bacteriological incubators These Incubators are the NON-REFERIGERATED versions of the B.O.D. Incubators. They are designed to operate in the temperature range of Ambient plus 5 o C to 60 o Cmaintaining an accuracy of ±O.5 o C. The Plexi-Glass Interior is substituted with a glass door and the Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller is substituted with an EGO Thermostat in the Economy Models. We are known as the prime Supplier of the advanced Kjeldahl Distillation Unit. The Kjeldahl Distillation Units have a minimum of 3 mantles and a maximum of 6 mantles which are made of a knitted layer of glass fabric combined with flexible heating element, encased in Mild Steel Housing. Over and above this layer of glass fabric accommodating the flexible heater, another layer of gl2ass cloth is placed on the lower mantle, held firmly by a circular aluminum rim to hold the mantle in position and also ensuring the safety of the Heaters. These mantles are designed so as to hold any size of R.B. Flasks from 250ml to 500ml capacity. (Higher capacity is also available on request). The temperature shall range up to 350 o C controlled by a Sunvic Energy Regulator, single or individual controls, as may be desired. The corresponding indicating Lamps, 'ON' / 'OFF' toggle switches etc. are provided. Digestion Units In addition to the above, these units are provided with a fume duct made of PVC, having holes to accommodate the necks of the flasks. This duct is held by clamps, suspended on a stand and has an easy mobility for both horizontal and vertical movements. Our Kjeldahl Distillation Unit is supplied with Rods, Clamps & Holders but without any glass parts. Distillation Units In addition our Kjeldahl Distillation Unit consists of a Condensing Tank made of galvanized sheet, Hammertone spray painted, provided with individual condensing taps made of stainless steel. Sufficient space is provided behind the Mantle Housing to accommodate the Receiving Flasks. The Unit is supplied without any glass parts. Digestion & Distillation Combined Unit Both the units as mentioned above are placed on a painted MS angle stand with their respective controls. The unit is supplied without glass parts.
