Heating & CoolingHeating is provided through long lasting sealed heaters supported on refractory bases / immersion type heater fixed at the bottom of the working chambers. A hermetically sealed compressor, coupled with an evaporation coil and fan cooled condenser, assembled in an easily serviceable tray at the bottom provides the cooling for below ambient temperatures. TemperaturesThe temperature ranges from above ambient to 100^oC in all heated baths but extends to 250^oC in case of Oil Baths. In the Low Temperature Baths, the temperature ranges from ambient to - 40^oC. Accuracy is as per table attached. SafetyWater level arrangement is provided in most of the Baths to ensure the safety of the Heating/Cooling devices. ConstructionThese are pressure type steam jacketed double/triple chamber sterilizers made from Stainless Steel. Inner Chamber is made from 304 quality 10 swg. S. S. Sheet, steam jacket is made of 14 swg S. S. Sheet and the outer cover in made of 24 swg S. S. Sheet. The lid and ring are also made of suitably thick S. S. Sheet. All the joints are Argon Arc welded.
