the blast cabinet is lined with high manganese tiles in overlap style for ease of replacement. The perforated high manganese casted sheet is placed above screw conveyor line for protection purpose. Multiple shot blast rubber curtains are provided in the inlet and outlet vestibules to stop escaping abrasives. The roller inside blast cabinet is lined with replaceable high manganese steel.

the service door is provided in blast cabinet with safety features. The sensor is provided at vestibules for starting blast cycle, when the job is in blast cabinet to avoid unnecessary blasting of job. Blast wheel 4 nos. / 6 nos. Are fitted on blast cabinet to cover shot blasting of end faces of fabricated components. A suitable capacity elevator is provided for transferring shots to rotary screen separator. The rotary screen separator cleans the abrasives and remove oversize as well as dust particles and only required size of shots are fed to blasting wheels.

all blast wheel stations are provided with enclosed type shot valve for regulating quantum of shots to the blast wheel unit. A dust collector of reverse pulse jet style is designed and provided for continuous heavy duty operation. The function of dust collector is to keep blast cabinet ventilated and also remove dust particles and small size of shots from abrasive. The operation of entire machine is sequentially programmed by plc mounted in control panel. The plc shows working status of machine, no. Of hours machine run for maintenance requirement and various trouble shooting requirement. Plc programme can be made as per customers requirement.

Continuous Operated Blasting Machine

The machine works on pressure blasting principle, consist of Dual (two) Blast generator cum storage tank for continuous operation. The unit have upper and lower blast generator (pressure vessel). The abrasive, after blasting is transferred to upper blast chamber. When lower blast chamber is pressurized, the mushroom valve of upper blast chamber opens to receive the abrasive and store it. After fix time interval the mushroom valve of upper blast chamber get closed and mushroom valve of lower blast chamber gets open. At this time the abrasives get transferred to lower generator, without interfering the blasting process. Hence this dual chamber machine works continuously. The blast generators is fabricated from 6mm Ms Sheet as per IS-2825 and hydraulically tested for 250 psi.

Underneath the blast generator, the specially designed pneumatically controlled grit valves is provided for independent control of blasting nozzle. The mixing tube at the bottom of grit valve mixes the abrasive with compressed air to carries the abrasive to the blasting nozzle for blasting.

A vibratory screen (operated by compressed air) has provided at the top of upper pressure chamber so that the incoming abrasive get screened for over size particles and debris before entering the upper blast chamber. Above the screen a cover is provided which have provision for connecting it to incoming line of abrasives.

Portable Abrasive Blaster

The portable abrasive blaster are safe, high productivity systems designed for use with a wide range of abrasive media. The operation is performed on metals, glass, ceramics, plastic and stone.
The machine works on pressure blasting principle, consist of a blast generator. The abrasives are filled at the top of machine when machine is not working and blast generator is not pressurized. At the top, a vibrating sieve is provided to sieve the abrasive filled. The oversize abrasive and debris are retained on the screen, thus prevent the choking of blast line. When mushroom valve is opened the abrasive will get transferred to blast generator for blasting. The mushroom valve gets closed when compressed air is switched on and abrasive storage tank gets pressurized, for free fall of abrasive into the mixing tube. From mixing tube the abrasive is carried away by compressed air to the nozzle for blasting. The Blast Generator is fabricated from MS Steel plate of thickness not less than 6 mm as per IS-2825 and hydraulically tested for 250 psi.

Wet Blasting Machine

It is self-contain System which uses slurry ofAbrasive Media& water to clean, descale and degrease surfaces in a single operation. The slurry is directed through a special high volume pump to blast gun where regulated air pressure adjusts the aggressiveness of the process. The process is free of dust and is close-loop. Water acts as a buffer between metal & media to cushion the shock on delicate components. ThisWET SHOT BLASTING MACHINEis recommended for degreasing &Blast Finishingof delicate jobs.

In this method cabinet hopper contains the slurry of abrasive and liquid. The slurry is continuously agitated to ensure a through mining of the abrasive and the liquid. The slurry is drawn up by pump through flexible pipe to the nozzle of the blast gun. Where it is propelled by compressed air to increase the velocity. The stream of abrasive, suspended in a liquid is projected at high velocity through a gun. The fired slurry from nozzle gets collected into the hopper like bottom of blast cabinet. From where it is passed to slurry pump for recycling. The quantity of slurry to the blast nozzle can be controlled through the valve provided inside the blasting chamber. An arrangement with the help of washing gun will be provided for cleaning of job after micro wet blasting.

Pneumatic Special Purpose Machine

the machine is fully automatic rotary continuous satellite table air operated blast machine consist of cabinet enclosure, rotary turntable having 12 rotary satellites, suction blast gun in 2 group, one automatic blow off gun, abrasive reclaimer separator, cartridge type dust collector and plc operated control panel. This machine is suitable for automatic shot blasting of small size component like fan body etc. The blast chamber is having one front vision window and top of chamber will have air louvers and lighting arrangement and one side door with vision window and hand holes with rubber sheet for cleaning & inspection & maintenance purpose. the 12 satellite tables are placed with 60 degree to each other and they are free to rotate. The satellite table are provided with special fixture to hold component to be blasted. The rotary turntable is driven by gear box and electric motor and have indexing arrangement. 2 satellite tables are simultaneously engaged for blasting purpose, each satellite table is provided with 4 nos. Of reciprocating guns. The reciprocation is provided in such a way to cover entire piece for providing homogenous and uniform finish. The satellite table inside blast chamber is revolved at fixed rpm through vfd drive. After blasting of component, satellite table come out at operators position outlet of blast chamber.

the next satellite tables move inside the blast chamber and the satellite table having blasted component are unloaded and new components are loaded, hence operation of machine is continuous. The machine is provided with media recycling system for continuous operation. The media is continuously air washed and sieved so that impurities and foreign particles etc. Are removed from the system. The usable abrasive are transfered into storage tank from tank and the abrasive are transferred through induction-suction recycling purpose. Grout Pumps

surfex grout pumpsconsists of positive displacement type of powerful pump of suitable capacity. The pump is coupled with geared motor (diesel engine in case of diesel engine version). The inlet of the pump is connected through hose pipe to the outlet of twin grout mix preparation tank. At the outlet of the pipe a by-pass arrangement is provided for regulating pressure and volume of grout mix. The grouting hose pipe of required size is connected through quick action coupling at the outlet of the pump. The other end of grout hose is coupled with grouting nozzle. A pressure gauge is provided at the outlet of the pump to measure the grouting pressure. The selection of the equipment is based on maximum grouting pressure required and the maximum grout mix output desired.

Surfex Rotor type Coke Injection Machine Model S1C operates according to dry mix delivery principle. The dry mix flows from filling hopper into the continuously revolving Rotor chambers through the air chamber and finally into the compressed air stream. The air stream carries the mix to the spray nozzle (Hot gunning lance) through delivery pipe. The water is added just before the junction of hot gunning lance and delivery pipe. The rotor chambers are powered by electric motor.

The machine is recommended for hot / cold repairing of furnace, ladles, cupola, convertor, coke batteries etc.

The sequence of operation of Coke Injection Machine is as under:

1. The coke power is loaded on storage hopper 2.5 cub. meter capacity. This hopper is having electronic weighing arrangement and coke feeding valve operated by gear and VFD drive. The display unit of electronic weighing system shows the amount of coke powder fed into the coke injection machine.

2. The coke power from this hopper is transferred through this valve to the machine as per requirement / as per rate pre-decided.

3. Coke powder from machine is continuously transferred under compressed air pressure in to delivery hose pipe.

4. The delivery hose pipe is connected to coke injection lance having 4 to 5 meter length.

  1. The one end of coke injection lance is trained into molten metal through appropriate bend. The coke powder is injected through this bend into molted metal gently.

The system consists of painting booth enclosure, air intake filter, Filter channels for paint trap, air exhaust system, complete with electric motor, outlet duct, canopy etc. The fresh air enters into the system from the top of the booth passing through 2 stage filters. This allows air to flow vertically downward thereby washing the operator and the job for better visibility to the operator. Simultaneously the exhaust air system sucks the suspended paint particles and fumes from the booth. These suspended paint particles gets trapped in the filter channels which are provided on the bottom side of the wall.

Suction Blaster

Suction Blaster is the simplest and most effective way to remove corrosion and old paint. Suction Blaster is a clean, dust free sand blaster that leaves the surface cleaned and well prepared for painting, filling etc. When the cabinet and power module are correctly set-up, the cabinet is ready for operation by actuation of the foot pedal. Fully depressing the foot pedal causes air to flow through the blast gun. Air moving through the gun draws media into the blast gun mixing chamber. The media mixes with the air and is propelled out the nozzle. After striking the object being blasted, the blast media, along with fines, dust, and byproducts generated by blasting, fall through the grate into the cabinet hopper. These particles are drawn into the reclaimer for separation. Dust and fines are first separated from the reusable blast media. Next the media is screened of oversize particles, and returned to the reclaimer hopper for reuse. Dust and fines are drawn from the reclaimer into the dust collector which traps the dust, discharging clean air. When the foot pedal is released the blasting stops.

Work chamber/Cabinet :

Work Chamber is having three fold layer construction.1. The main structure of machine is of prime quality plate 6-8-10 mm thick.2. Plate in direct blast zone.The Blast cabinet is fabricated from 6-8-10 mm thick heavy duty prime quality steel plates, supported by strong rolled structure welded construction and engineered suitably for strength and rigidity to guarantee the optimum sturdiness. This robust rolled structure with thick plate foundation holds stand the machine and helps to reduce vibration keep within permissible limits. Work Conveyor:The endless type perforated steel belt conveyor is provided. The gentle tumbling action of this conveyor exposes all the surfaces of the components to the blast stream. The tensioning arrangement of this conveyor belt is provided. The conveyor is driven by three number of roller through a chain drive system located outside the cabinet. The spent abrasive falls through perforation of the conveyor into the hopper of the cabinet which are guided to the boot of elevator for recirculation purpose.Wheelabrator Unit (Blast Wheel Assembly):One number of Blast Wheel station, Size 25RLM150 (15 x 2 ) with RADIALOCK MECHANISM are mounted on 20mm thick heavy duty prime quality steel plate and strategically around the cabinet and the pass line of the work. All blast wheels are arranged to blast at an angle with the line of job movement.
