Manufactured by using specially treated Aluminum Oxide Grains added with anti loading and clogging agent and bonded in Resin/Glue/Resin (Bond Code BX 63) and Resin Over Resin (Bond Codes BX 99, BX 45) bonds backed with heavy weight cotton cloth and extra heavy weight Poly-Cot cloth backings. This ensures superior resistance to loading resulting in longer life and ability to withstand at high pressure during the operation.

• These discs are mainly used for finishing wooden patterns in foundries.

Manufactured with strong vulcanized fiber backing with specially treated aluminium oxide and zirconium grains in resin over resin bond. The vulcanized fiber ensures heavy strength, tear resistance & durability with extreme flexibility resulting in uniform material removal with consistent finish throughout the operation.
