Swish Roofcry1-017 is acrylic copolymer supplied as a ready to use bonding agent in liquid consistency. Roofcryl-017 is acrylic based high performance polymer used for Glossy, Transparent, Waterproof Coating for Granites, Stones, Tiles etc, for Waterproofing Cementitious Coating in slurry form and cement/ sand mortar form, as Top Finishing, Water Repellant Coating for Roof Care Range of Products. The product has excellent waterproofing and protection properties. Roofcry1-017 after drying yields a transparent water repellant and water proof coating on almost all substrates.

• For waterproofing Small roof terraces, sunken portions of toilets & bathrooms, balconies etc.
• As a bonding agent Bonding mortar for tile etc
• As topcoat for special finishes such as top rendering water repellent and glossy coat for Granite, Tiles, Stones, Walls and Floors.

Method of Application

Surface Preparation: On Stones, Tiles, Concrete Roof or walls, surface most be free from dust, loose material, paint, oil, or any material which may impair adhesion. Mechanical means such as wire brushing can be used. Finally vacuum cleaning of all loose solids and liquids can be done if required. Apply two coats of Roofcryl-017 after proper dilution with potable water, by brush at an interval of 2-3 hours between each coat. Allow the coated surface to air cure for 3 days

Maintenance & Re-Coating of Roofcryl-017

Over a period of time or some years, of Roofcry1-017 on exposure to weathering or extreme temperature variations, it is extremely easy to re-coat over it again, only application of one coat of Roofcryl-017 with proper dilution is enough to extend the life for another couple of years

Post Application Maintenance Clean the surface once in a month with water; Do not Dump any materials on the surface

Precautions & Limitations

Do not apply during rains; substrate must be in SSD condition for application of Roofcry1-017 coat. The product is designed only for foot traffic and not vehicular or movement of machinery or equipment. Never Over dilute Roofcryl-017 with water for ease of application

General Information: If stored and handled in accordance with standard industrial practices no hazardous reactions are known

Safety

General safety precautions such as goggles, gloves, and face shields should be used while handling Roofcryl-017.

Industrial Hygiene: Roofcryl-017 is not harmful for the purpose for which it is Intended and processed. It may irritate skin and mucous membrane on prolonged contact.

Labeling: Roofcryl-017 is non hazardous and doesn't contain substances which have implication for labeling under regulations

Health & Safety Precautions

Skin Contact: Wash skin with soap & water. remove contaminated clothes. On eye contact immediately splash eyes with plenty of water. Consult Physician if irritation persists. Ingestion: not induce vomiting. never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
