Our product range contains a wide range of BLASTING GUNS and Diabolo Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine
We at Synco Industries Ltd., manufacture blasting guns of all kinds of shot blasting machines including suction blasting and wet blasting machines. Out blasting guns are compatible with shot blasting machines of any kind or make.
We also develop customized blasting guns for our customers, suited to their blasting machine and purpose.
This machine is the most convienent product to convey in a steel bar or tube. The angle of the diabolos determines the helix and the speed of the forward movement. A wide angle will increase the number of revolutions per foot of forward movement and conversely a narrow angle will decrease the numbers.
The diabolo form of rotation and traversing is used. The loading and unloading is done by means of manipulators. The machine may be used to blast objects in the form/shape of bars, tubes etc.
