Electrode Drying Oven

TAKNIK cabinet type drying oven ensures longer life of electrode at store, specially for re – drying the electrode having excess moisture than the consistent capacity of the flux of electrode. It is designed as a cabinet type store containing five self trays of weight 25/50 kgs of electrode (approx.). It has front opening door with lock facility. Normally, any special / low hydrogen electrode should be re – dried for one hour as 150 deg. C to 250 deg. C before use to exit excess moisture contained in the quoted flux.
TAKNIK portable carrying oven is a unit suitable for re - drying the M.S. Electrode at shop floor beside the use area. It can be used for 30 – 40 pcs electrode at a time with 230 volts single phase.
