VALVE SEAT MEASUREMENT GAUGE (VSM)

Knabel VSM Gauge evaluates dynamical roundness of Valve Seat and Run out between seat and valve guide. It is available in both manual and motorized options and suitable for all kind of valve diameters above 21.5 mm. The roundness and Run out deviation is measured with 0.2m resolution. The Software guides the operator.

SPLINE VARIABLE Gauge

Variable Gauging is designed to accurately measure the effective or actual tooth thickness or space width within 0.0025 mm. The 0.001 mm resolution indicator displays variation in size due to heat treatment distortion. Gauge is set to a master plug or ring gauge.

Concentricity Gauges

Concentricity Gauges are used to assit in assuring that certain diameters are concentric or a face is square to the spline pitch diameter. Western Pegasus manufactures concentricity gauges to the same tolerance of profiling, spacing and runout as those applied to our composite gauges.
