The Biovis Material Plus software uses a high resolution camera which captures and previews Live Image. The software comes standard with tools which can be used to extract size, shape and streological information from the sample. Functions include image transformation, image operations, pixel operatons, image arithmetic, image processing (Binary, gray scale, color), background subtractions, shading correction, image filtering, image enhancements, image segmentation etc. Binary masks bit plane support with 16 Bit panes. Complies with ASTM, DIN, JIS and GOST standards.
