Tolia Group Of Industries is engaged in the process of Manufacturing of Precision Steel Balls since 1979 and Taper and Cylindrical Roller since 1993.
The Group has a totally of 375 Employees and the Corporate Office is Located at Plot No.D-4/2 Road No.16, Wagle Estate, Thane-400604, Maharashtra, India.
The product, Rolling Elements, manufactured in this Group, are mainly used by Bearing Manufacturers, Automobile Industries and in many Industrial Applications under the Goodwill name of "TOLIA" ( Brand names " TOLIA ", " NR " & " TI " ).
The materials used for Steel Balls are Steel grade AISI-E-52100 (Bearing Material), Stainless Steel grades AISI-420, AISI 420 B, AISI-420C, AISI-430, AISI-440C, AISI-302, AISI-304, AISI-316 & Tool Steel ( Rock Bit ) AISI-S2.
The materials used for Taper & Cylindrical Rollers, Bearing Steel grade AISI-E-52100 and Tool Steel ( Rock Bit ) AISI-S2 are used.
As a policy we have adopted to produce Steel Balls quality, which conforms to ABMA-10 A. We also produce the Steel Balls to the quality, which conforms to International Standards like ISO, JIS & DIN, when specified by the customer. Presently we are producing steel balls upto the quality of Grade-5 as per the latest Japanese technology. Taper & Cylindrical rollers are manufactured as per the customer's specifications.
Quality Assurance set-up is well organized with Quality System documentation and provided with good inspection and testing facilities. Modern sophisticated testing equipments are our backbone, to achieve customer satisfaction. The standard room is well equipped with latest TAYLOR HOBSON make OUT-OF-ROUNDNESS Tester & SURFACE ROUGHNESS Tester. On line electronic as well as mechanical comparators are used to control In-process quality. Dock Inspection is being carried out before despatching of material to the customer. New management techniques like FMEA, SQC, MSA etc. are implemented to support product quality and process system.
According to the changing times, the group is upgrading its Manufacturing Technology to keep pace with the advanced technology. The group has successfully commissioned a series of highly sophisticated imported machines for Heading, Flashing, Hard Grinding, Lapping process and Honing. Well-trained experienced personnel operate these machines. An awareness & implementation of the philosophy of Continuous Improvement for Customer Satisfaction is done through out the group members by using the Six Sigma Methodology.
The Group is enjoying leading market position in India as well as International Market. At present the group exports 70% of production to USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Russia, Iran & Thailand and balance in India to OEMs.
