tap 999 contains dispersants, antiwear, anti oxidants, detergents, friction modifiers to impart excellent deposit control, oil oxidation resistance, wear & rust control in all types of engines.20 w50. @ treat rates as suggested for different grades.

Tap 403 is an oil concentrate of an olefinic copolymer and is recommendedprimarily as a viscosity index improver for crankcase lubricants having various sae grades particularly where excellent shear stability is desired.
as applies to all viscosity index improvers, there is some loss in viscosity and in viscosity index due to the shear forces encountered in engine operation. In this respect, tap 403 exhibits outstanding characteristics as evidenced by an average viscosity loss of 7 % @ 100oc for sae 15w-50 crankcase oils in over the road service.

TAP 4500

SODIUM PETROLEUM SULPHONATE

This is specially selected narrow range moderate molecular weight water dispersible & oil soluble synthetically prepared sodium petroleum sulfonate.

It is specially designed for use in Emulsifier for soluble cutting oils as well as Metal working oils.

It gives moderate to best results in combinations with barium, calcium petroleum sulfonate in Rust Preventive oil formulations for achieving water displacement characteristics in addition to humidity cabinet test results.

TAP 5121 is an oil concentrate of a synthetic olefin mixed copolymer recommendedprimarily as a tackiness improver for wide range of lubricants, greases & specialty products particularly where excellent tackiness & lubricity at wide range of temperature along with moderate shear stability is desired.

In this respect, TAP 5121 exhibits outstanding characteristics and controls the tackiness over wide temperature range & friction forces due to specific strong film stabilities.

It helps in preventing spattering, dripping and wiping off from surface of the systems.

Also it helps to restrict bleeding of lubricants or greases operated at high temperature & high speed due to high Tackiness & lubricity.

TAP 5121 can be used in several industrial lubricants and greases like rust preventives, wire rope lubricants, cable jelly, chain oils, textile machine oils, rock drilling oils, open gear compounds and railroad greases etc.

tap 5052 has been formulated to give excellent antiwear and e.p. Characteristics to cover a broad range of metal cutting applications. The product should be blended with highly refined base stocks so as control oil thickening due to higher catalytic effects during metal cutting operations.

performance : tap 5052 when formulated with proper base stocks gives excellent chemical and oxidation stability with good heat transfer properties. Due to its better surface finishing and adequate e.p. And antiwear performance it provides excellent metal properties without staining the metal surfaces.  it is non toxic and non corrosive.

dosage : 2.0 to 8.0 % w/w in proper viscosity and type of base oils to achieve the required performance for end application.

tap 4554 is a high molecular weight, oil soluble, neutral barium sulfonate.

it is recommended for formulations where acid absorption is a potential requirement along with a high level of rust protection.

it has an excellent inherent demulsibilty characteristic which provides high levels of corrosion inhibition, along with detergency, in formulating industrial lubricating oils.

TAP-6565 is a broad range pour point depressant for neutral paraffinic mineral base oils as well as for reclaimed base oils including variety of paraffinic base oils. It is basically Alkyl Methyl Methacrylate type polymer specially designed controlling polymerisation reactions so as to get narrow range molecular weight distribution which is required for meeting broad spectrum performance for low temperature performance like Brookfield viscosity, Cold crankcase simulator test & Mini rotary viscometer test in mineral base oils. It is compatible with most conventional OCP, PIB & PMA type V.I. improvers.
