We offer wide range of Copper Pipe Fittings which provide an economic and efficient method of changing directions in a wide spectrum of domestic and commercial applications ranging from air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, fluid distribution, air pressure lines and plumbing etc. Our fittings have no rough surfaces, present a neat appearance, heat more rapidly and provide better flexibility to the installer to install and join the copper tube at appropriate place. We manufacture copper fittings in a variety of standard sizes between 6.00mm and 42.00mm. The sizes are measured inside diameter (I.D). The most commonly used copper fittings manufactured by Tube Tech are grouped as under.
It may be a reducing Tee when one end of the section is of smaller diameter that means unlike a standard Tee the reducing Tee do not have equally sized parts.
It may be a cross Tee when it is used to connect four tubes or a threaded Tee when the vertical section of it has female threads.

Tube Tech is well equipped to manufacture integral finned U - Bent tubes, fabricated according to various heat exchanger standards or to customer's own specifications. We generally produce Finned U Bent Tubes in outer diameters 15.9 mm & 19.05 mm with wall thickness 1.32 mm and above. However, bigger sizes can also be accommodated on request. Bending radius of 1.25 X Diameter and above can be achieved on these integrally finned tubes. The Bend portion is left unfinned during finning operation to accommodate bending operation. The Finned U Tubes are produced, controlled and measured in accordance with SB 395 & TEMA standards.
We are capable of producing Finned U Bent Tubes in the Leg Length of up to 5 mtrs. These Finned U Tubes are hydro tested after fabrication against any surface defects / leakages. We have in house stress relieving facility and these tubes can be heat treated for stress relieving, if required by the Customer. All tubes are cut to the specified leg lenght, ends deburred and the bores are internally cleaned with dried air before final inspection & packing. Each bundle is protected with plastic sheets. Detailed packing lists are attached to boxes to give quick and clear identification of contents.

End cross fin tube is a tube having integral external fins of 26 to 40 fins per inch and increased fin height with a trapezoidal shape. These fin tubes are produced with smooth bore as well as integral internal ridges. End Cross Fin Tubes are generally used in Vapour Absorption Chillers. These fin tubes are available in 12.7 mm, 15.87 mm & 19.05 mm outer diameters with wall thickness as low as 0.55 mm. These fin tubes can be fabricated from all types of Copper & Copper Alloy Tube products. It is also known as Knurled Fin Tube.
End Cross fin tubes with Tube Dia and fin density other than mentioned above can
be produced on request.
End Cross fin Tubes are generally supplied in the “as finned” condition. However,
Brass and Cupro Nickel End Cross Fin Tubes can be supplied in “annealed” temper
upon specific request.
End Cross Fin Tubes are generally produced with desired plain ends, tubes can also
be fabricated with intermediate landings upon specific request.
End Cross Tubes are produced in straight length up to 8 Meters. Bigger lengths can
be accommodated on request.
Tube-Tech manufactures finned Cooling coils in various forms and shapes for direct applications in different types of heat exchangers. These cooling coils are manufactured mainly from Copper Tubes, Cupro Nickel Tubes and Stainless Steel Tube materials. Medium and High Fin Tubes are produced in Fin Density of 11 Fins per inch and Fin Depth of 2.5 mm and above in straight lengths. These finned tubes are then formed in the required shape generally helical to suit the Customer’s specific requirements. We also customize these cooling coils in our in house design facility as per the Customer’s requirements for different applications. These cooling coils exhibit high thermal conductivity and are compact in design and thus save cost and assembling space.
These Finned Cooling Coils are available in 15.9 mm & 19.05 mm base tube diameter. These Finned Cooling Coils are available in single layer wound OR double-layer wound as per the requirement.
The bimetallic tube is composed of two different materials - usually inner material is a corrosion resistant alloy (copper, aluminium brass or Cupro nickel) whereas the outer material is a high-stress resistant alloy (Brass, stainless steel or carbon steel). It is, however, possible to manufacture bimetallic tubes with any material combination as per the requirement & availability. In applications with high pressures and corrosive conditions, bimetallic tube permits large economical savings in comparison with a tube made of a single alloy, since the use of precious materials is reduced to the minimum.
Bimetal tubes combine the positive properties of different materials for use in various media. Bimetal tubes are a safe and economical solution for heat transfer in aggressive media since expensive, corrosion-resistant materials can be combined with less expensive ones. We manufacture these tubes through the rolling & drawing process which gives flawless cladding between two different metal tubes.
In order to increase the area of the tube for better heat transfer, helical fins can be formed on outer tubes surface, if required. Fin density of 11 FPI to 26 FPI can be accommodated, depending upon the Customer’s specific requirement.

This alloy has very high erosion and corrosion resistance. It has very high weld ability, easy for installation and high antifouling properties against sea microorganisms. Relatively high iron content provides better impingement attack resistance. The alloy is unique to stress corrosion cracking. This form of copper alloy gives the best service life under the most adverse conditions.
Turbo Chill Tubes is an integral low fin tube provided with spiral ridges on the inside. In a Turbo Chill Tube, the inside fluid heat transfer capability is remarkably improved in comparison with the smooth in-tube type tubes. By the effects multiplied mutually by the tubes outside fins and inside spiral ridges a high coefficient for overall heat transfer is obtained. These parameters significantly contribute to the reduction in size of various freezing machines. Normally, Turbo Chill Tubes are generally supplied with 8 & 10 starts configuration; however, it can also be fabricated with other number of starts on request. These tubes are fabricated in alloy C 12200 to meet the chemical, mechanical and other test parameters of ASTM B 75 / B 359 and in alloy 70600 to meet the chemical, mechanical and other test parameters of ASTM B 111 / B 359. BS EN, JIS and DIN standards are also available on request.

Brass Tubes is an alloy of copper with main alloying element as Zinc. Strength, hardness, ductility, good corrosion resistance, machinability, formability and conductivity are the main characteristics of the brass tubes coupled with toughness retained above and below ambient temperature, good spark resistance and low magnetic permeability.
