Needle Valve

Features:

	One piece body, no weld joints.
	Stem tip 17-4ph for long life.

Testing:

	standard test: each valves is tested with nitrogen at 1, 000 psi for seat & packing leakage, with a max. Allowable leak rate of 0.1 std.cm³/min.
	Hydro test: performed with pure water at 1-1/2 times of the working pressure.

Lubrication :

Dye molly sulphide

Notes :

	Optimal graphoil packing available for high temperature application panel nuts optional.
	End connections available in male or female bspp, bspt & npt threads

Manifold Valve

features:

	2 valve manifolds are designed for remote or separate mounting.
	connecting from process side 1/2" npt(f) and instrument side 1/2" npt(f)connecting system impulse lines and transmitters, having simple twovalves configuration which allows for easy block or isolate, bleedor vent valve callbration of a static pressure transmitter or gauge.

bonnet assembly:

	bonnet : back seated blow out proof.
	spindle : ground and thread rolled. Packing below thread.
	spindle tip : non-rotating tip shut-off type & soft seated.
	dust cap : dust cap protects stem threads from external contamination heat code traceability.

Pressure Relief Valve

Instruction for Setting Pressure :

	Rotate the locknut-2 (part # 4) in clockwise direction & let it come down till available thread.
	Now tighten the cap (part # 3) in clockwise direction till the discharge at the outlet stops.
	Rotate the locknut-2 (part # 4) in anticlockwise direction & hold the cap in another spanner & tighten the locknut

	Oprating Temperature : 10c to 25 c
	Orifice size : 6mm
