Oxaliplatin  IP 2mg

Water for injection IP 2mg

Store Protected From the light at a temperature below 30 degrees.

Caution: Do not use infusion if the solution is not clear, contains any particle or if the vial is damaged or leaking. The appropriate dose must be diluted by normal saline before administration. Any remaining solution should be discarded after a single use.

Note: Needles or intravenous sets containing aluminium parts that may come in contact with "ADAPTALIN" should not be used for administration.
