you can test our quality by cooking pasta for 10 minutes (as compared to 7 to 8 minutes, normally) then put it in refrigerator for one day.next day, cook it again and when served you will realize that our pasta is still "al dente". Do the same with other products and see thedifference! the shelf life of our pastas both for the food service sector packaging and the retail sector packaging are 2 years (3 years is optional).in brief, please be sure about the quality.
pasta shapes: shapes can be produced upon request in remarkable quantities for private label. But we have macaroni (short cut pasta such as elbow, fusilli and penne rigate, vermicelli etc.). Long spaghetti etc
packaging: our standard packets are 250 gr, 300 gr, 350 gr, 400 gr, 450 gr, 500 gr, 5 kg and 10 kg nylon bags. Our food products cover all the labeling requirements in multi-languages. The following details printed on labels: product name, ingredients, weight, country of origin (turkey), production/expiry dates, and barcodes are printed on the original packs. Additional sticker is optional.
