The latest addition in our range of product is
induration furnace for iron-ore pelletisation. The smaller capacity version has been made in circular (endless) layout where the charging and discharging area are located side by side. Here also, the pellet cars are grate type. The charge is to be loaded on heat resistant pellet cars traveling on wheels across the furnace for heating and cooling and then unloaded at discharge end. The cars are recycled for reloading and travel across the induration furnace.
specifications - these furnaces are straight grate type with 1 hour cycle time
- the fuel can be both fuel oil and producer gas/mixed gas
