Our offered Product range includes Valve Tappets, Connecting Rods and Connecting Rod.
VALVE TAPPETS are made from Chilled Cast Iron in shell mounding, which provideshardness of 58-60 towards the wear face of high speed engines, and above hardness75-78 towards the wear face of tappets for high temperature and speed engines.
CONNECTING RODS are made of open / closed die from hot steel forgingprocess for heavy duty application, but malleable or spheroid-graphite (SG) ironcasting or sinter forgings are beginning to be used for smaller engines.
Small-end fitted with shell bushing or plain for light application and Big-end arenormally either serrated or grooved and tongue joints which is having boltseither sides, a pair of split bearing is used inside Big-end housing bore.
