Valve Guides are made from Grey Cast Iron and CuZnAl-alloy materialGREY CAST IRON of perlitic structure with high phosphorous content.
The perlitic structure and the reticular phosphide distribution along with the goodgraphite formation give high wear resistance / friction less operation to the valve andimproved running properties in poor lubrication condition.
The available ranges are suitable for light, medium and heavy duty applications.CuZnAl-alloyGuides are with excellent wear resistance and low coefficient of friction.
Used for highest stressed guides. The available ranges are suitable for light dutyapplications.
