Salient Features
  • Horizontal High Speed Candy Wrapping Machine produces leak proof pillow pack pouch for hard-boiled candies.
  • The machine takes in the packing material in the form of printed roll of heat sealable laminated film.
  • The machine has continuous Film Pulling system.
    • Controlled by PLC and provided with an operator friendly MMI (man machine interface).
  • All the temperature controllers provided in the machine are PID.
  • The machine has a built in high sensitivity, high response photo registration to ensure accurate positioning of the product and cutting of the film even at high speeds which result in less wastage of packing material.
  • Provided with an AC Drive as the prime mover.
  • The machine has dozing system of either rotary disc feeding system or bowl feeder, whichever is suitable as per the product to be packed.
  • All product contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS-304/SS-316.
  • Being a high speed machine it can give an output up to 600 candies per minute.
  • Can also be provided with 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 candies in a singles in a pouch.
