Model UI 1401P Automatic Pouch Packing Machine

- Simple operation. No training required for start-up, operation or maintenance. The detailed illustrated manual supplied with the machine is enough to DO-IT-YOURSELF. It can be used for packing a wide range of products in the form of powder, granules, liquids and paste etc. in low unit packs.
- Can also be customized to pack a wide range of products such as jam, ketchup, tobacco, pan masala, shampoo, namkeen, ball bearings, skimmed milk powder, sugar etc. with the suitable dozing system.
- The machine is elegant, small and require single-phase electrical supply, can be installed almost any where. It can also be easily moved from one location to another as it is mounted on castor wheels.
- All product contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS-304 / SS-316.
- The sophisticated photo registration control system can automatically adjust and correct the pouch repeat within variation range of +1.5 mm.
- Safety features such as emergency stop switch, heater covers, sealer covers and forming collar covers as per European safety requirements.
- Accurate filling and easy weight adjustment with a high precision volumetric cup filler.
