The Unitile All-weather pedestal has been designed keeping in mind both aspects. The versatility of the system allows its application to a wide range of spaces such as restaurants, roof-top terrace, balconies, gardens, swimming pools, wall decks and many more.
This double folded lock constructs into a panel that has a unique in-built stringer at the underside of each panel edge. This unique engineering exhibits fine dimensional tolerances for modular control, accurate alignment of grids & inter-changeability of panels that complies with the Euro Class requirement of EN 12825.
A Low Flange Width steel cementitious panel provides higher strength and overall stability to the flooring system. Reduced cantilever edges or flange widths reduces the risk of damage during the usage of the system.
Data Center servers generate high heat, which if not managed can lead to equipment failure. This makes air control systems vital in managing to keep the server room cool. Unitile Air Plugs are a series of engineered raised-floor grommets to plug cut-outs within the raised floor to prevent escape of cold air, thus managing the data center temperature efficiently. They integrate tightly with the raised floor static dissipation system, providing 1 Giga ohm of resistance. They realize a 92-100% seal per grommet.
Unitile Chip Board (Non-Encapsulated) panels constructed around a high density E1 grade chipboard core. The system fully complies with the Euro Class requirement of EN 12825. The base and the top surface of the core is factory bonded using an appropriate combination of surface finishes such as Aluminum, Galvanized Iron sheet, High Pressure Laminate etc.
Unitile Ramp Shoe is a transition ramp between the raised access floor tiles and the concrete floor, generally used in commercial offices and data center facilities. It is recommended for all spaces which see heavy footfall and equipment rolling using trolleys. The sloped surface ramp is made of 15-inch wide heavy-duty anodized aluminium & meets ADA 1:12 requirements for ramped surfaces.
This panel consist of engineered folded edges along the all four sides of the panel, which eliminates damage to the panel edges. Its wider beam width not only enhances the load carrying performance of the system but also provides a squeak free floor.
The Unitile Calcium Sulphate Panel is made from calcium sulphate core - a very high-density of 1500 Kgs / mtr3 of Natural gypsum. The base & top surface of the core is factory bonded using an appropriate combination of surface finishes. The edges of the panel are protected with a PVC edge band.
Bridge is a component used in raised floorwhenever the pedestals are fouling with cable trays or any other underfloor services. The heavy duty Unitile bridge adds continuity in the raised access flooring system at pedestal & underfloor service interactions.

Whether single or dual, the Directional airflow grills deliver cold air directly to the racks ensuring maximum cooling.
U-flex Standard Air Flow Grills are manufactured from mild steel with a perforated top. It has a vertical steel plate grid core to avoid turbulence & minimize pressure drop. A vertical mesh supports the airflow grill at regular intervals to ensure flatness and high load carrying capacity. It is compatible with adjacent raised access floor system.
U-FLEX-Multiplyair is a cooling system used in high and medium density data centers with unique cooling challenges. The MultiplYair fan assist module is designed to provide multi-fold cooling through an individual air flow grill. This feature ensures balanced air flow to individual racks. Its unique control feature automatically turns on when additional cooling is required. The cooling system consists of an energy-saving electronically communicated fan that takes care of adaptive load based on the temperature of the server rack.
