NEXO FIXX 630 is a general purpose industrial grade Cyanoacrylate adhesive with fast setting , High flow ability and good penetration characteristics .It has been specially formulated to achieve the strongest possible bond between well - mated, Non porous surface. Such as rubber, metal, plastic. NEXO FIXX 630 is a one component system and does not require the catalyst, Heat or Clamps. When a thin layer of NEXO FIXX 630 is applied between two surfaces come in to contact with atmospheric moisture, a rapid polymerization occurs producing ultimate bond.

Curing Performance

There are many factors that can influence the rate of cure. These include: the type of substrate used, the condition of the surface to be bonded, the smoothness of the surface, the closeness of the surface, the atmospheric conditions like Humidity and Temperature.

Cure speed and Bond Gap (Filling between surfaces)

The rate of cure depends on the Bond Gap (Gap between tow joined surfaces)simply smaller Bang gap faster speed of cure

Direction for Use

Make sure that the surface to be bonded are clean and dry( Preferable to solvent- wipe plastic, glass, rubber and acid treat to Metals

Dispense a Drop / Drops to one surface only. Apply only enough to leave a thin film after compression.

Press Parts Together and hold firmly for few seconds. Good Contact is essential. An Adequate bond develop in less than one minute ( Maximum strength achieved in 24 to 48 Hours)

Wipe off the excess of adhesive from top of container and recap NEXO FIXX 630 if left uncapped may deteriorate by contamination from moisture in the air.

Because NEXO FIXX 630 condenses by polymerization sometime whitening will occur on the surface of the container or the bonded material. Should this happen. Wipe surface with acetone.

7) Handling and Storage

Storage Keep Product in unopened container in cool and dry location.

Best when stored at 2 to 8 °C Temp less than 2 °C can adversely affect product properties. Do not freez.Keep container closed to air tight till ready for use.

Handling Material removed from Containers may contaminate during use. Do not pour back any material removed from container again to full / partial container misuse of product will void all warrantees.

8) Precautions and safety Note

Use with proper ventilation, Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

In case of skin contact rinse with warm water or dissolve gradually with solvent like acetone or nitro methane, do not remove forcefully or pull, rub on hardly, allow it to release slowly after some time.

If adhesive went in to eye, Keep eye open and rinse thoroughly. Seek medical attention immediately

Keep well out of rich of children’s

Keep adhesive in cool, Dry place 20 to 25°C( 68 to 77°F), for long time storage 2 to 35°C is preferred
