Bay welcomes the challenge of building miniature assemblies. We construct cable assemblies with conductors as small as 44 AWG. Our products are designed to meet our customers performance needs and size constraints. Our dedicated team of production specialists receives ongoing training and certification and works daily with stranded conductor as small as 44 AWG. The pictured assembly (lower left) combines a connector and 4-conductor cable consisting of: 2 conductors 26 AWG, 2 conductors 36 AWG, insulated with FEP, and jacketed with silicone rubber.
