CG is one of the leading manufacturers of SF6 gas circuit breakers (GCB) in the world. We manufacture GCBs ranging from 24 kV to 765 kV. More than 29, 000 GCBs have been put into service in various environments in many countries since 1983 and operating satisfactorily. We developed 800 kV 3150 A, 50 kA GCB with Spring-Pneumatic Mechanism indigenously with our R & D efforts. We have also developed breakers for 40 Deg application and 60 Hz frequency requirement. Our manufacturing units are certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14000 for environment control and OSHAS 18000.
