We work with an extensive list of customers in heavy duty and demanding industries like steel, mining, and oil and gas. If you can, try to image the immense weights and sizes of lifting devices like cable drums and slab tongs these industries use to elevate materials, equipment, and assemblies. Now imagine this: Industrial Maintenance Welding & Machining not only manufactures those lifting devices, we repair them as well. We use our CNC horizontal boring mill and large CNC lathe to fabricate steel components for cable drums, slab tongs, coil tongs, spreader beams, and lifting rigs to exacting tolerances of ±0.001". Following component fabrication, we then apply our extensive welding skills to assemble this specialized lifting equipment that in some cases is over 120" in diameter and up to 50' long. Once all fabrication and assembly is completed according to customer specifications and 2D CAD drawings, every lifting device we manufacture undergoes dimensional and visual inspections to verify quality and integrity.
