Generally, sign grade acrylic is 10 times stronger than general-purpose acrylic and 30 times stronger than double-strength window glass. A variety of impact blends are available, depending on your application. Sign grade acrylic (often referred to as impact-modified acrylic) is the preferred product for many types of signage, including channel letters, flat and pan-faced signs, and vacuum-formed applications. An economical alternative to polycarbonate, sign grade acrylic is easily fabricated and boasts properties that make it ideal for thermoforming. ACRYLIC MIRROR SHEETAcrylic Mirror is a lightweight, reflective thermoplastic sheet material used to enhance the look and safety of displays, POP, signage, and a variety of fabricated parts.
