Chicken Breast that we export and supply is Halal slaughtered under the strict supervision of ISO and HACCP quality control system. Our Chicken Breast is hygienically processed with normal single cut or butterfly cut on its natural size or as per client’s special indication at our vendor’s end. Cut from a whole fresh chicken, which is healthy and free from diseases, our Chicken Breast meat and underlying fillet are lifted from the rib cage and sternum. Legs and all three joints of the wing are removed before extracting the breast meat. Moreover, it is properly cleaned and the skin is also removed. It is packed between 0-4°C using quality packaging materials.
