Usha have introduced a large range of hydraulic tables for car and goods lofting of scissors type construction upto 20 tons capacity including single, double, triple four & five scissors. these can be used for basement parking lots or car dealers for parking on 1st floor. the hydraulic platforms can have a work height of upto 6 meters. the company has envolved exhaustive computerised design techniques such that individual equipments are designed to suit the space & functions on one hand and optimise the use of resources on the other. all equipments are manufactured on jigs & fixtures & have high degree of reliability & repeatability. for single scissors closed height may be around 350 mm & open height upto 4000mm. the scissors are made out of m.s.flats or box sections. Precision brass bushes & hard chrome plated pins are used. proper lubrication points are provided for long trouble free life. Maintenance free bushings can also be fitted as optional. the source of power for hydraulic cylinders is ac operated hydraulic power pack. These tables can be used for a variety of applications such as mezznine lifts press-in-feed (sheets, components etc), build up pallets, drum handling, assembly stations, die feeding , handling paper rolls, work positioning, turntable, dock levellers, servicing electronic consoles & for lorry loading and unloading etc.
