We are offering hydraulic scissors table for automobile assembly line. usha has developed a state of the out scissors type hydraulic trolley as per german standard for m/s.mercedez benz (india) for the car assembly line project at pune. the equipment has facility to raise car body attached to it to variable height and also stops at 3 fixed positions to facilitate convienient working under car body. the equipment is controlled by a plc based paud & has a very compact built in hydraulic power pack using imported compact hydraulic valves. there is a special adaptor frame fitted on the top to suit undercarriage of different models of cars. This frame has special retractable brackets which hold the car body firmly to help attach suspension parts including springs. the equipment also has a geared lock to couple the trolley to a conveyor line.
