hn- r type valve -this design is for lubricated and non-lubricated service. All valve plates are frictionless guided and have proved their reliability in completely dry service. For gas applications where temperature and pressure permits, these valves can also be provided with non-metallic sealing elements. The spring load characteristics for all valves of this type combine easy and efficient opening with smooth increase to maximum at full opening. Valve diameters of the ror1 series range from 100 to about 240 mm. Valves 134r1 to 214r1 are preferable for low pressure applications. The ro valve series is for low and medium pressure applications. Every hoerbiger valve is adaptable to existing pocket dimensions and designed to attain the optimum valve lift, spring load, plate thickness and total valve height, based on the operational data of the individual compressor cylinder.
