Zircon This glassy mineral has found its place in many an industrial application worldwide. Starting from ceramics and refractory tiles to a range of high-tech applications. Zircon compounds have a very low toxicity and are not perceived as a potential environmental hazard. They are even said to have some medicinal properties and are now increasingly preferred in the manufacture of food products and pharmaceuticals too.
Zircons exceptional qualities of hardness and durability makes it a must use for the manufacture of ceramics and refractory tiles and also for a range of other high-tech applications such as armour plating on military aircraft, heat shield in space shuttles and potentially as solid oxide fuel cells in hydrogen powered vehicles in many industrial and chemical applications.

Use of Industrial Applications Barite: Barites is supplied in crude lump form. Barytes, after suitable grinding and pulverizing, has many uses. It is mainly used in oil-well drilling and it is estimated that 90% of the barites produced in the world is used only for drilling purposes. It is also found useful in the manufacture of white pigment or extender in pigments and barium chemicals, in the glass industry and as filler in rubber, leather, textile and paper goods.

We offer you Micro Silica.
How it works
Pozzolanic effect : it increase the performance of concrete & mortal formation. It acts physically to optimize particle packing of concrete or mortal mixtire and chemically as a high reactive pozzolan.
Micro Filler Effect :It is an extremely fine material, with an average diameter much finer than the cement. It gets well distributed in the cementations paste, thus blocking the bleed water channels.
Quality
Micro silica is as super pozzolan – a finely powdered material which when added to cementitious matter increase durability and gives higher strength. It complies with ASTM C1240.
Advantage
· Higher compressive strength by 10-20%
· Reduces the rate of carbonation
· Lower permeability – Resistance to penetration of water, chloride & other chemicals
· Lower free lime formation – Delays Ettringite and Thaumasite formation
· Controls bleeding in fresh concrete
· Lower Heat of Hydration, which prevents formation of cracks

Raw material for use in High Alumina and super duty Refractory Bricks and Shapes, Plastics, Castables, Mortars, Gun Mixes, Ramming Mixes, abrasive grains and other products.
Refractory grade Calcined Bauxite fines are ground in alumina lined ball mills using high alumina grinding media.
This ensures extremely low Magnetic Iron levels in the fines. Refractory grade Calcined Bauxite ceramic ally ground fines are an excellent source of alumina for high alumina refractory formulations where no metallic iron reactions are important.
Hydrated lime used in the chemical industries and road construction for soil stabilization. Other uses include: water treatment, sugar refining, dehairing of hides and lime washing. Production calcium hydroxide or hydrated lime is produced by adding water to unslaked lime according to the reaction: cao + h2o = ca(oh)2 during this process heat is released and the unslaked lime doubles its volume. Hydrated lime is also known as slaked lime and is very fine dry powder.
Uses of hydrated lime metallurgical applications hydrated lime is used in ph control, which facilitates precipitation of cobalt hydroxide from the electrolyte in cobalt production. sugar refinery in the production of sugar from both cane and beets, the crude sugar juice (sucrose) is treated with lime. This forms insolubles that are filtered to remove phosphatic materials and organic acids. The resulting juice is further treated to achieve greater purity of sugar solution which is ultimately crystallised and packaged. Water treatment hydrated lime is mixed with other coagulant aids in water purification to achieve a clear suspension and serve as a filter aid. Lime also assists in removal of bacterial and temporary hardness due to the presence of bicarbonates. bleach manufacture hydrated lime occupies the role of absorbent and vehicle for chlorine in commercial dry bleaches as hth. Lime in water suspension is reacted with chlorine according to the reaction: cl2 + ca(oh)2 = ca (ocl)2 + h2 leather tanning lime suspensions are used for dehairing and plumbing hides preparatory for leather tanning.
Salt production hydrated lime is used by salt producers in the purification of sodium chloride (nacl) brines in order to produce good grade salt. Sewage treatment lime is used as a sanitation aid in sewage treatment. Application is extended for use in septic tanks and pit latrines to remove the stench.

There are two types of materials often called dolomite, a true chemically uniform calcium magnesium carbonate with the chemical formula CaMg(CO3)2, and a dolomite limestone, which is just an irregular mixture of calcium and magnesium carbonates.
Dolomite is believed to have formed by replacement of some of the calcium in a calcium carbonate limestone deposit with magnesium, while the sediment was undergoing lithification, being converted from layers of dead clam and other sea animal shells into crystallized calcite or calcium carbonate. The resultant dolomite mineral, CaMg (CO3)2 is a true double salt. The calcium and magnesium ions in dolomite exist in separate layers in the crystal matrix. Dolomite has a calcium layer, then a carbonate layer, then a magnesium layer then a carbonate layer, and so on.
Dolomite is harder and denser than the calcite form of calcium carbonate or limestone, and is more chemically inert and more impervious to acid attack.
Dolomite is consumed by Iron & Steel, Ferro-alloys, Fertilizer, and Glass, Alloys Steel, Cosmetic, Paint, Ink, Powder coating, Ceramics, Rubber, Leather Cloth Industry, Soap & Detergent, pharmaceuticals and other Industries.

Use of Painting Industry Barite: In Dope and Painting, it can be used as filling and can take the place of some expensive material such as basofor, crypton, titanium dioxide, activity, monox etc. Control the viscosity of the paint compatibly to make the products with bright color, good stability.
Product Characteristics:
Product Property:
Non qualitative white powder. Non toxic, not soluble in water, soluble in smoking Sulphuric Acid, slightly soluble in boiling Hydrochloric Acid. Chemical property is stable, it'll reduce to Barium Sulfide when heat with carbon. It won’t change color when meeting with hydrogen sulfide or toxic gas in the air.
Barites or barite is the moderately soft crystalline mineral form of barium sulphate (BaSO4). Approximately, 80% barites produced worldwide is used for oil and gas drilling as a weighing agent in the drill mud, primarily to prevent the explosive release of gas and oil during drilling and its unique physical and chemical properties like heaviness, high specific gravity, chemical and physical inertness, very low solubility and magnetic neutrality. It is a principal mineral of barium and is also used as a feedstock for producing various barium compounds, and is utilized as filler, extender and aggregate. Barites after converting to barium carbonate are used in the manufacture of ceramic and glass.
