| These are Rubber Strip Cooling Machines wherein dipping the strip in chilled water tank cools the Rubber Strip from sheet mill and then taking the Rubber Strip in a loop formation through an air-cooled chamber. Air Blast is created with the help of Air Circulators mounted on the side as also on the Roof of the Machine. Air Turbulence through the Machine length is created with the help of specially designed Air escape venturies.These are custom built machines wherein Length and width of the machineIs designed as per customers sheet mill outputs.These machines can be fabricated from both MS as well as Stainless Steel materials depending upon customer choice. |
These are Rubber strip / hose pulling machines positioned after the Extruders. These are highly sophisticated machines with Double Ram, pneumatically operated to lower or lift the Pulling Belts. These machines are designed with DC Motors and Drives to achieve speed synchronization with the extruders.
