These machines take the Rubber Strips in a Festoon formation for drying after a dip in the cooling tank where a Chilled water circulation is maintained continuously. The chilled water tank can be provided with a separator to administer lubrication through soap solution.

The Dispenser Cartoning Machines are Designed for Cartoning Individual products into Cartons.There are two types possible Where the Product is manually loaded into a carton and loaded into a magazine. Machine carries out the Carton closing, gum application and sealing of the end flaps. Where both the Product as well as the empty cartons are loaded into separate Magazines. Machine picks up individual cards and dispensers from magazines .The dispenser is individually pushed into an erected carton automatically. Closing, glue application as well as sealing the cartons is done by the machine

formed carton. This can be an also provided with a link up conveyor to time the in feed of Dispensers / packets directly from the previous machine operation.

These Machines are designed to operate on the Continuous Product movement in a Pocket conveyor. All operations like Product insertion end flap folding, glue application sealing etc are carried out as the conveyor moves through various stations. Timing and sequencing of various operations is achieved through Indexing Cams.
