It provides very fast testing of final products like stamping. Ei & other lamination etc.

the epstein tester is used to test the electrical steel. The epstein tester is according to the standards astm: 343, is: 649 & iec: 60404. Epstein bridge comes along with epstein tester to insert the electrical strips. The epstein tester measures all magnetic parameters such as iron losses (watt/kg), ac magnetizing force & peak magnetizing force (at/m), ac permeability & peak permeability, etc. The epstein tester assures the quality of the electrical steel to its manufacturers. The epstein tester is very much useful for the electrical steel, motor, pump and transformer manufacturers. Software is provided with the epstein tester to generate the test results which will provide the readings of the magnetic parameters along with important graphs such as b-h curve, flux density v/s iron losses & many other important graphs.

veer make high voltage tester is connected to the conductor (device under test) and erath terminal should be connected so safety ground (earth gorund). If the insulation between the two is adequate, then the application of a large voltage difference between the two conductor separated by the insultator would result in the flow of a very small current. Although this small current is acceptable, no breakdown of either the air insulation or the solid insulation should take place. It device under test draws more current than per set value then tripping will be occurred and test will be off.in this way we can find problem in the insulation of device under test.
