Velvet water proof effectively increases cement density making the construction totally watertight and free from cracks. It is extensively used to make concrete basement impermeable for water tank, reservoirs walls, roofing, sewer, bathroom, tiles stucco etc. velvet waterproof is free from chloride.

Application Data

1 Bag of cement (50kg) requires only 1 kg of velvet waterproof similarly 1 ton of cement require just 20 kg of velvet waterproof. Do not add more than 1 kg of velvet water proof to a 50 kg bag of cement. For best results, mix just 2% in ordinary Portland cement.

Methods of Application

Mix thoroughly with cement by hand before adding sand and water. A through mix is essential for a perfectly dense mix. It dose not in any way interfere in the curing and setting time of the concrete.
