Concept of Induction Lamp :An Induction Lamp is an Electrode-Less Fluorescent Lamp. The load exerted by Harmonics on the power network nowadays is increased dramatically. The Harmonic currents are caused by non linear loads. A non linear load is a consumer of electricity that draws a non sinusoidal current

from the supply network. These Harmonic current flows in addition to the regular sine wave, which generates additional losses in the electrical installations. This can result in the thermal overload. The major impact of the harmonic current results in the non sinusoidal voltage wave form that can compromise the Voltage quality.
