  • stainless steel pipe (welded) 10" nb to 24" nb
  • in schedule-5, schedule 10, schedule 20, schedule 40
  • wall thickness is especially formed on 800 m.t.
    • press brakes hydraulic press in length up to 6.0 to 7.0 meters. this section produces s.s. pipes (welded) as per astm a 358 by tig welding and filler materials are used. the large diameter pipe is then sized & straightened to meet ovality and dimensional requirements of the applicable specifications. testing, according to specifications, is then performed by either x-ray or hydrostatic method. final marking to size, grade & specifications is done prior to final visual inspection before dispatch. chemical physical and hydrostatic tests are done regularly since input raw materials are taken into the factory and during processing till dispatching of the finished product. details
      • stainless steel : astm a312 tp 304 304l 304h 316 316l 317 317l 321 310 347 904l etc.
      • carbon steel : astm a 53 gr. b a 106 gr.b api 5 l grade b api 5 lgr. x42 46 52 56 60 70 a333 gr.6
      • alloy steel : astm a 335 gr. pi p5 p9 p11 p22 p91
      • others : monel, nickel, nconel, hastalloy, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, tantalum, bismuth, aluminium, high speed steel, zinc lead, incoloy-600h etc.
      • types : elbow, tee, reducer, retuen, bends, stub-ends, cap, collar, cross, insert etc.
      • size : up to 24" nb (seamless & welded)
      • wall thickness : schedule 55 to schedule xxs.
        • all these materials are available in nb sizes as well as od sizes in all grades. we can also arrange pipes and tubes as per the customers requirements, which is other than the standard sizes.
