HFC-227ea is one of the Clean Agent Gas, which is used as Fire Suppressing Agent Globally. HFC 227ea is an extinguishing agent that is highly effective at low extinguishing concentrations and that protects assets and people. It is chemically inert, has no electric conductivity, and is thus safe for electric and electronic equipment. It works by total flooding, with a very rapid discharge in less than 10 seconds.
