Pigment Dispersionsare basically fine dispersions of Pigment in aqueous, solvent or universal system. At Vipul Organics Ltd. We have Pigment paste in aqueous system. All our Dispersions are azo free, formaldehyde free, Apeo free. They are also having a fine particle size suitable for very sensitive applications. Our Phthalocyanine Pigments are as under:
Sunprint Dispersions are the selected PhthalocyaninePigments in emulsion form distinguished by exceptional finesse of dispersion and excellent stability. Sunprint dispersions are highly recommended for textile printing.
Suncoat dispersions are having high pigment preparations, with excellent fastness properties. Suncoat Pigment are more suitable for Paint and Coating industries.
We have certainDirect Dyesin the Liquid Form. LiquidDirect Black 22are highly re-commended for the Paper Industry. LiquidDirect Redare extremely easy to handle as compared to Basic dyes. The Fastness property of Dyes is excellent. We are also having certain Dyes having excellent Light Fastness Property.
Our Dyes are free from all the Bandamines & Eco-Friendly.
TheFast Colour Basesare very widely used in Textile Industry. Dyeing with Naphthols Fast Bases are more economical even compared to Reactive Dyes. Maroon, Blue, Yellow obtained with these products are not possible with any other Dyestuff. The Fastness Property of these products is excellent. Light Fastness is almost as good as 6-7 almost nearer to the Vat Dyes. Fast Colour Bases are also very widely used for African Print / Wax Print.
We are also having highly purified pure grades of Fast Colour Bases wherein are the insoluble are absolutely minimum and theseFast Bases & Fast Blueare widely re-commended in the production of Pigments.
Fast Color Saltsare mainly used in combination with Naphthols for Textile Dyeing & Printing. AsFast Color Saltsare stabilized with metal, they are easily soluble in water. There is no need of using Sodium Nitrate, Hydro-Chloride Acid. So, in one way, they are ready to use in combination with theNaphthols. In this way, Fast Salts can be handled with much convenience and ease compared to the Fast Color Bases.
Originated in medieval Europe, dyes were so named because of the Vat Dyes used in the reduction of Indigo plants through fermentation.
These dyes are most important dyes for dyeing and printing on cotton and cellulosic fibres. They have excellent all round fastness, which includes washing, light, perspiration, chlorine and rubbing fastness.

Microdispersed form-recommended for continuous dying
Vat Paste:All the dyes we are producing are also available in the paste form. Dye loading varies from 30-50%. They are recommended for textile printing.
Used widely in the dyeing process of cotton yarn, which is used for producing jeans or denim products.
Basic dyesare generally used to produce bright and deep shades with superior light and washing fastness. Its application is similar to that of Direct dyes but requires different and more precise controls with auxiliaries and temperature. These dyes possess :

We produce both water-soluble as well as water insoluble Colors.
Standardcon's Aluminum Lake Colors are Pigment Powders or Disperse, prepared from colors and Aluminum Hydrate or other approved substrates. Micron Technologies helps to achieve greater product effectiveness through the application of particle size. They are cheerful, bright in shade, available in a variety of Dye strengths and have an excellent color stability and consistency.
In general, Lakes or disperse colors are very fine powder, Fast to Light, Resist Air, Moisture, insoluble in water, alcohols and organic solvents. This helps to increase the shelf life of the end product.
FASTNESS TO LIGHT
As Colors are bonded with Aluminum Hydrate, the rate of Discoloration is reduced in comparison to the Parent Dye. This helps to prevent fading of Colors in end product.
OPACITY OR HIDING POWER
Lake Colors are opaque and dispersible. This helps to cover any surface with low quantity of Lake Colors.
SHADE OR TINT
Lake Colors produces different tint or shade with different strength of parent Colors. This tint or shade remains constant on applying any number of coatings. This quality of consistency helps to reproduce same shade from batch to batch.
MOTTLING OR SPOT
As Lake Colors are insoluble in water; the migration of colors is prevented. This helps to prevent mottling or spots on product. Such qualities of Lake Colors have excellent advantage over the parent.

Suntholare insoluble azo dyes applied to cellulosic fibres by impregnation in a Suntholsolution and subsequent coupling with a colour salt. All cellulosic fibres such as cotton, linen, jute, hemp, as well as silk and rayon may be dyed or printed with Sunthols.
This method of dyeing yields a wide range of shades covering deep yellow, orange, scarlet, red, maroon, violet, brown navy and black the shades are brilliant and in general possess excellent fastness to washing, alkalis, acids and chlorine. Many combinations have very good fastness to light. The shades are also resistant to mercerizing, scrooping and cross dyeing in boiling acid solutions. However dyeing based on SuntholAS-G combinations and a few of the blue, violet, black and brown dyeings are also fast to peroxide bleach. Napthol - Fast Base Dyeing are also very widely used for African Print / Wax Print.
