Our product range contains a wide range of VAT Dyes
Originated in medieval Europe, dyes were so named because of the Vat Dyes used in the reduction of Indigo plants through fermentation.
These dyes are most important dyes for dyeing and printing on cotton and cellulosic fibres. They have excellent all round fastness, which includes washing, light, perspiration, chlorine and rubbing fastness.
These dyes are available in 3 forms,
Crude dry powder-recommended for exhaust dying
Microdispersed form-recommended for continuous dying
Vat Paste:All the dyes we are producing are also available in the paste form. Dye loading varies from 30-50%. They are recommended for textile printing.
Used widely in the dyeing process of cotton yarn, which is used for producing jeans or denim products.
