Visal - Floor Coat is a two pack system suitable for any masonary surfaces, roof

terrace, terracotta tiles paver blocks etc. The premium advantage is, it provides leak

proof membrane coating, as it has a elastomeric formulation, results in waterproof

coating. It is eco friendly and water based coating , as it has no volatile organics.

The two components includes 1)Powder - Waterproof cementious base and

2)Liquid latex medium.

Application :

Before application the surface must be thouroughly cleaned and free

from flakes , dust, mold growth and grease etc. For old mold and fungal affected surface

use Mold Bio Wash for better clean surface. Mix the latex into the powder component

slowly to get a pastelike consistency and add remaining latex (1:1 by weight) . Add clean

potable water to brush consitency, approx. half unit by weight. Now the paint is ready

for application. Do not keep the paint for more than 4 hours after mixing as it may

become unsuitable for coating.

Available colours : Terracotta, Geranium, Marron, Brown, Blue and Green.
