This crush tester is used for testing the Ring Crush, Edge Crush Strength of the paperboard with the proper accessories. A high accurate load cell detects the compression signal via the analyses of test program to display the test results on the indicator.
The Ring Crush Tester is used to determine the compression strength of a material. With the help of various accessories, the instrument can be used for measurement the compression strength of liner & fluting as well as of corrugated board. Ring Crush Tester is easy to use. The maximum measured force exerted during the test is automatically presented on the built in DISPLAY & value is hold until next Test Start. You can test from Crush Tester as RCT, FCT, ECT, CLT, CCT etc. (Accessories are optional for these tests)
Core/Cone Collapsing Strength Tester is an easy to use and efficient tester intended for measuring the quality of paper tubes, Paper Cores and Paper Cones in terms of the amount of compressive force a Core/Cone can take before collapsing. Paper tubes, bobbins & cones etc. are used as yarn carriers while paper cores are generally used for paper & plastic film reels. Collapsing Strength Tester is designed in such a manner that gradually increasing force is generated & applied on the surface of carriers. The sharp collapsing point can be easily detected on a dial and a suitable reading can be taken.
